Your data is absolutely safe, it is in fact stored within the EEA (EU Member States,Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) For your assurance there is also a backup solution available
The process of switching Cloud providers can prove tedious and rather tricky, do you offer any assistance with such?
We do, indeed. You will be offered full assistance during your Cloud migration
Will I need to create new login details to access the services?
As long as you are a participating member of the GÉANT all you will need are your EduGain login details
How will I be charged?
The services acquired through us are charged per usage per month
Is your company or any other company in its ownership associated with the USA?
No, our company and all affiliate companies are in the ownership of legal entities and physical persons from within the EU and/or EEA
